Please note that if you already registered for the original conference 2020, your registration is still valid and you do not need to register again.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations received by February 1st, 2021 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 100% of the conference fee refunded.
- Cancellations received by July 1st, 2021 (11:59 pm CET) will receive 50% of the conference fee refunded.
- Cancellations received after July 1st, 2021 (11:59 pm CET) or no-shows will receive no refund of the conference fee.
All refunds will be issued after the Conference.
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Event Management of the University of Vienna (congress@univie.ac.at or fax +43 1 4277-17699).
CANCELLATION INSURANCE
To avoid anger and unnecessary costs we recommend to take out a Congress-Cancellation Insurance of the European Travel Insurance.
